Step 1: Project Kick Off
To start with, we want to get to know you a bit better.
We’ll talk about what you want your video to achieve, how long it needs to be and all those little details. Once we know what you’re looking for, we’ll book you into our production schedule by sending you a contract and invoice for the project deposit.
You’ll complete a creative brief to give our team all the information we need to get started in the right direction.

Step 2: Scriptwriting
The most important part of the project is the script.
If you’re providing the finalised script, then all you have to do is send it over to us. If you need us to write or edit any of the script for you, we have an optional scriptwriting service for £50 per minute of video.
We’ll send you a draft script for you to approve or edit until we’re both happy and ready to move on to the next stage.

Step 3: Storyboarding
The storyboard is the blueprint for your video.
We’ll take the approved script and design the illustrations to support and strengthen the key messages. The storyboard will be a rough version of what your video will look like scene by scene.
We’ll send you a draft storyboard for your comments. If you want to make any final changes to the voiceover script or illustrations, now is the time, because after this we will launch into production.

Step 4: Voiceover
The voiceover adds the friendly human touch.
You’re welcome to provide your own voiceover for your video, but if you’re taking advantage of our £50 per minute service, we’ll record your voiceover now. You can choose from our selection of regular voiceover artists, or ask us for something more specific if that’s what you need.
We can also produce different language voiceovers if required, we’ve worked in 10 different languages so far, so that wouldn’t be a problem for us at all.

Step 5: Animation
This is where we breathe life into your video.
We’ll finalise the illustrations you approved from the storyboard, add colour if needed, and put together the whole animation. The video will be carefully synchronised with the voiceover and we’ll add a couple of music options for you.
We’ll share the first version of the video with you so you can give us feedback and let us know if there’s anything at all that needs to be tweaked.

Step 6: Project Review
We save this time for tying up any loose ends.
Our clients are normally really happy with the first version of their video, but sometimes there are a couple of bits that need to be changed slightly, and that’s ok! The benefit to our animation process is that these things are simple to tweak at this stage.
If you’re completely happy with things as they are, just let us know and we’ll get the project wrapped up for you.

Step 7: Final Delivery
Ready to start putting your video to use?
When you let us know you’re happy with the finished product, we’ll send you the final invoice for the project fee. As soon as we receive final payment we’ll send you the download link for the video file in the format of your choice (normally HD mp4).
We would really appreciate it if you could leave us with a glowing testimonial and pass our details on to your friends, colleagues and anyone else we could work with in the future.
